Our Charter is proud to be part of the EU Platform of Diversity Charters, a European network that shares expertise and best practices across borders.
Our driving force
Behind the Charter stands the non-profit organisation Platform for Systemic Diversity Policy. While the Charter represents the vision, the organisation is the engine.
We do not believe in superficial changes, but in a systemic approach. This means supporting organisations in embedding inclusion into the very DNA of their policies, from recruitment to workplace culture.
What we do
Under the umbrella of the organisation, we provide a platform for exchange, tools for growth and a voice in the public debate.
With the support of the European Union, we connect local Belgian challenges with international solutions.
