First acquaintance

Discover the diversity charter. 

During this introduction online or physically - you will get a better understanding of what the Belgian diversity charter entails and how we can support your organisation.

Step 3:
Review and approval

After the introduction and choice of membership, an evaluation by our team follows. We look at whether your organisation meets the criteria and how you want to give concrete form to your commitment.

Stap 4:
Signature & Certification

Now is the time for a festive moment: the signing ceremony!

Depending on your choice, this may be at an event together with many others, or your own personal ceremony at your company.

About Saloua

Saloua is committed to diversity, equality and inclusion and plays an active role in strengthening organisations and communities in this field. With a background in Social Work (Hogeschool PXL) and Gender & Diversity (UGent), she combines academic insights with practical experience to achieve sustainable change.
 
Before Saloua took up her current role at the Belgian Diversity Charter, she gained broad experience in both social and international contexts. She worked in refugee camps in France and Greece, supported public relations initiatives in Spain.
 
She also volunteered for many years for organisations focusing on equality, social justice and community development. Since 2023, Saloua has been organising workshops on social issues, where she strives to raise awareness and impact through knowledge transfer and dialogue.
 
With her expertise and drive, she contributes to a more inclusive society, where diversity is not only recognised but also adds value.
